Retained, exclusive search to NWLS. Oregon State Bar required. Our international company client has retained us on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Commercial Attorney. The position provides overall legal support for company contracting and commercial asset management programs. The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors. Also provide legal support to Sales, Projects, Service and other internal groups (finance, development and marketing) on an as-needed basis. A unique and challenging opportunity to advise clients on a wide variety of sophisticated transactions, including sale of equipment systems, service agreements, construction projects, leasing, financing and construction. REQUIRES Oregon State Bar, strong academic credentials, 5-7 years law firm or comparable in-house and law firm experience totaling 5-7 years, as well as strong experiences and knowledge of commercial and corporate law (as above). This position works closely with the General Counsel, senior management, outside legal counsel and employees of all levels and requires strong organizational, leadership, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
