Recruiter, legal industry consultant and writer Linda Green Pierce has worked with lawyers for more than 30 years.  For the past 23 years she has served as the senior attorney recruiter, primarily serving clients in Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington and Northern California and as the President of NWLS.  She was formerly the law firm Manager of two of the largest Seattle-based law firms in their Portland offices -- Perkins Coie and Preston, Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates.)

Much of her early experience as a lawyer recruiter stems from her law firm management perspective. She has a unique understanding of law firm hiring, finances, politics and strategic planning.

Bob Shea has nearly 20 years of diverse human resources background, including eight years spent as Vice President - Human Resources Manager for two of Bank of America's largest consumer banking divisions. He has placed financial, managerial, technical and, most recently, legal professionals in a wide variety of positions located across the United States. Bob spent six years placing lawyers in-house and in the practice area of intellectual property with Northwest Legal Search, Inc.
