Recruiter, legal industry consultant and writer Linda Green Pierce has worked with lawyers for more than 30 years.  For the past 23 years she has served as the senior attorney recruiter, primarily serving clients in Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington and Northern California and as the President of NWLS.  She was formerly the law firm Manager of two of the largest Seattle-based law firms in their Portland offices -- Perkins Coie and Preston, Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates.)

Much of her early experience as a lawyer recruiter stems from her law firm management perspective. She has a unique understanding of law firm hiring, finances, politics and strategic planning.

Linda has managed searches to recruit outstanding lawyer talent for the Northwest's leading corporations, including Nike, Intel, The Regence Group, Mentor Graphics, OHSU, Hewlett Packard, PacifiCorp, US National Bank, Avamere, Portland General Electric, Vestas Wind Technology and Northwest Natural Gas.  In addition she has successfully placed many numbers of associates and partners into private law firms in the Pacific Northwest.
